Dear Parents,
We are proud to share with you some of the amazing STEAM activities the children did during this month in preparation for Halloween.
Take a look at the following pictures to see in what fun and exciting way we have been discovering the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math!
How does a spider create its web with its special pattern? How many legs and eyes do spiders have?
What might a Halloween monster look like? The Eduwings students were very creative at designing the most unusual, funny and interesting creatures.
What shape and colour can pumpkins be? There are so many kinds! And how can you assemble paper strips into a sphere? The children created there own spherical pumpkins!
Which veggies and fruit are harvested in autumn? And how can we get creative with produce? Look at these lovely autumn crops baskets and other crafts the children made!
Autumn leaves come in so many colours and shapes! And they are great for lots of crafts and projects of all kinds! Ever seen an autumn leave wall clock? Here you go:
When discovering the autumn season, we also reviewed what we already know about the other seasons, and practised colour mixing. How fun it is to mix red, yellow, green and orange and end up with muddy brown!
