Today, at Eduwings Shunyi and Haidian Campuses we celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival, also called Moon Cake Festival. Our day started with a lovely story about the traditions around Moon Cake Festival and how fortunate we all are to share this celebration with our friends and family.
The children had fun rolling, folding and pressing the most beautiful little moon cakes. They also carefully decorated the little boxes to put the cakes in, and the absolute delight on their faces to see the final product was priceless. Our children proudly presented their cakes to their parents and are looking forward to sharing them with their families when celebrating at home.
